44 Bute Avenue housemates wanted?

🏠 3 housemates wanted – Bute Avenue, NG7 1QA

We’ve got 3 rooms available in a 6-bed house, with move-in available until 10th September.

💷 £593.67/month, bills included
📍 Between UoN and town, on the 34/36 bus route
🌳 Outdoor seating area
💡 Modern house with programmable LEDs throughout

Currently living here are 3 guys aged 20–25, studying Biochemistry (PhD) and Neuroscience at UoN and Photography at NTU. We’re into DnB/dance & rap, DJing/raving, gym/running/volleyball, gaming and random adventures.

We’re a social house and often chill together watching films/YouTube, playing Xbox or just hanging out during the week.

Looking for friendly, sociable people who want to be mates with their housemates, not just share a house.
