URGENT – Broadgate Park Standard Bedroom – Replacement Student Needed

URGENT – I am looking for a student to take over my accommodation licence at Broadgate Park, Nottingham for the 2026/27 academic year.

🏠 Accommodation: Broadgate Park – Standard Bedroom
🛏️ Room: Single bed (3.5ft)
🍳 Kitchen: Shared kitchen
🚿 Bathroom: Shared bathroom
📐 Room size: Approximately 8.3 m²
💷 Rent: £155 per week
📅 Licence: 2026/27 academic year

The room includes:

• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Contents insurance
• Bed
• Desk and chair
• Wardrobe
• Curtains
• Mirror

I am looking for a suitable replacement student as soon as possible. The replacement will need to be approved by UPP and complete their accommodation agreement before the transfer can be confirmed.
