Urgent Tenancy takeover - Lenton £138 pppw 26/27

📍: right by jubilee campus and walking distance to QMC and UP campus
🛌: a double room with a desk and a wardrobe and shared bathroom (sharing with one other person)
💵: £138 pppw excluding bills. Bills are £30 pppw paid monthly
Please note: first instalment of rent + deposit + first month of bills has been paid
⏳: move available asap and tenancy ends July 31st
