Room available at Broadgate Park for the 2026/27 academic year.

I'm looking for a University of Nottingham student to take over my accommodation contract at Broadgate Park, Beeston, ideally as soon as possible.

💷 Rent: £260 per week
📅 Contract: Arriving 18/09/2026. Departing 23/07/2027

Broadgate Park is one of the most convenient locations for students studying at University Park, with the campus only a short walk away. It's also very close to Beeston, with shops, restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and transport links nearby.

This would be particularly suitable for a first-year University of Nottingham student who has recently received their results and is still looking for accommodation for September 2026, or anyone wanting to move into Broadgate Park.

🔄 Official tenancy takeover

This is not a private sublet. The replacement student would take over the accommodation through the official accommodation/provider process, subject to their approval.
