STUDENT TENANCY TAKEOVER - OAK HOUSE, LEEDS
Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a student to take over my tenancy at Oak House, Leeds for the 2026/27 academic year.
° Oak House, Leeds
- Room 3, Flat 39
7 September 2026 - 11 July 2027
£175.84 per week
Shared flat
The room is available as a formal tenancy takeover, subject to approval by Unipol Student Homes.
I'm unfortunately no longer able to take up the accommodation due to a change in my circumstances, so l'm looking for a student who would like to take over the room.
Please reply to this post if you're interested and I can provide further information/photos.
The replacement will need to be formally approved by Unipol and complete the required tenancy process.
