• Leeds Trinity University City Campus: ~ 25 mins

🛍️ Trinity shopping centre: around 20 mins

🎵 First Direct Arena: 25 mins walk

It’s run by IQ accommodation, and the replacement tenant would need to be approved by IQ and sign the new tenancy directly with them.
