This would be particularly suitable for a student looking for accommodation for Semester 2, an exchange student arriving in Leeds in December or anyone needing accommodation for the remainder of the academic year.

👤 Who can take it?

The replacement tenant must be a student and meet Unite Students’ requirements for a tenancy takeover.
