Private 1-Bed at The Priory – £235pw Bills Included – Available from Now

Hi, I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my private 1-bedroom apartment at The Priory, Leeds.

This is the whole self-contained flat, not a room in shared accommodation.

£235 per week
Bills included subject to tenancy terms
Available now / flexible move-in date
Tenancy until 28 August 2027
Full-time students only
Very close to the University of Leeds
Fully furnished
Separate bedroom, living area, kitchen and bathroom
Large west-facing window
Quiet building, especially suitable for postgraduate or PhD students

The tenancy takeover will be processed officially through Prestige Student Living. I have permission from Prestige to advertise for a replacement tenant.

I can provide photos, a video tour, or arrange an in-person viewing.

Please message me with your preferred move-in date if interested.
