4 bed furnished flat with parking

Due to exciting work opportunities overseas we are suspending our studies and looking to pass over our tenancies at White Rose View, central Leeds. Also a seperate agreement available to take over one parking space one minute walk away. Will leave all kitchen equipment, bedding and towels if required.
We are four friends in a band who rented together to make use of the extra storage the hallway enables for our music equipment. Ideally looking to sublet all 4 rooms but will consider seperately. Available from Dec 5 to July 18th.
Unite students will take care of the lease transfer. Following payments remain:
£1247.40 on 15th December, Jan, Feb and March and £831.60 in April for each flat inclusive of all bills, wifi, gym, 24 hour reception, secure parcel lockers, full entertainment programme, cinema, karaoke, study rooms. Opposite the Merrion Centre, Morrisons, 10 mins from Leeds Conservatoire, Uni of Leeds and Beckett.
