Tenancy takeover ASAP for studio apartment in Burley/Hyde park area

Looking for someone to takeover my tenancy at a studio apartment in the Burley/Hyde Park area due to personal circumstances.
It’s a spacious studio with a private kitchen/living area and a separate bedroom space with en-suite bathroom.
Fully furnished apartment with:
- a large double bed
- Wardrobe
- Desk and chair
- A comfortable sofa
- Dining table
- Large fridge-freezer
- Washing machine
- Plenty of storage space
Tenancy runs to the 30th June with £685pcm
Apartment is in a great location with a 5 minute walk to Burley Park train station/co-op, a fantastic coffee shop across the road, plenty of local stores in a short walk and a 10 minute walk to Hyde Park, a very popular student area.
