Tenancy takeover til July - Burley - £120pw - 3 Boys, 2 Girls - Modern House
Tenancy Takeover at student house in Leeds. I have moved out due to leaving course. Room available to the end of academic year.
A spacious room is available immediately in a comfortable student house in Hyde Park (LS6) until July. Rent is £120 per week, all bills included. The house is shared with five friendly students (2 girls and 3 boys), all studying at University of Leeds.
The room comes with access to shared bathroom with one other housemate and a fully equipped kitchen and living area. Photos of the room and communal spaces can be provided. Please contact me for more information or arrange a visit to the property.
