A Room available in Woodhouse, at 16 Ridgeway Terrace, LS6 2HU, only a 10-minute walk from the University of Leeds.

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for someone to take over my room for next term, available from 1 July 2026.

The rent is £335 per month, excluding gas, electricity, and Wi-Fi bills.

The house is located at 16 Ridgeway Terrace, LS6 2HU, and it is only a 10-minute walk from the University of Leeds.

The house includes:

Washing machine
Dryer
Other kitchen equipment
A large living room
2 bathrooms (one on the ground floor and one on the first floor)

You’ll be living with 5 friendly guys who study at the University of Leeds.
