Tenancy Takeover

Desperately seeking a tenant to take over my tenancy in a shared house in Headingley. 4 bedroom house with 3 girls all going into 2nd year at UOL. Recently refurbished stunning house, £663pcm, bills included. Willing to pay deposit of £260 if signed before July. Tenancy starts 07/07/26.

Hi, I saw your post and thought I’d message as I’m looking for a place in Leeds for next year while I’m on placement.
I’m currently at Uni of Nottingham studying Electrical Engineering, and I would love to live with other students rather than on my own. I’m really friendly, sociable, tidy and respectful and fun.
