LOOKING FOR A REPLACEMENT TENANT

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a replacement tenant for my room at Heron Drive, Nottingham which I am unable to take up due to a change in personal circumstances, starting as soon as possible for the upcoming academic year. It is a house with two other lovely girls right next to Jubilee Campus.

* 🏡 Accommodation: Heron Drive, Nottingham, NG72DF

* 🛏️ Room: Private room in a shared student house

* 📍 Location: Extremely close to University of Nottingham Jubilee Campus (just a short walk away!), with great transport links to City Centre

* 💷 Rent: £138pppw excluding bills

* 🗓️ Tenancy Start:
 As soon as possible
