TENANCY TAKEOVER: Central Village (Block D) - En-suite Room (2026/27)

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy contract at Central Village (Block D) for the 2026/27 academic year. Central Village is one of the most popular and in-demand university halls in Leeds due to its ideal location right on campus and next to the city centre.

Room Details:

Location: Central Village, Block D

Room Type: Self-catered En-suite

Bed Size: Small double bed (3/4 bed)

Contract Dates: 12/09/2026 to 10/07/2027 (43 weeks)

Rent: ~£203.91 per week (£8,768.13 total contract)

Included in Rent:

All bills (Gas, Electricity, Water) & high-speed Wi-Fi

Edge Premium sports/gym membership

Basic contents insurance

Residence Life Social Committee access

The official takeover process will be handled directly through the University of Leeds Accommodation Office.
