URGENT TENANCY TAKEOVER (BILLS+GYM INCLUDED)🚨
Hi there, I’m currently looking for a student to take over my tenancy at Terry Frost student accommodation (Prestige Student Living). The tenancy is for 44 weeks, starting from the 5th of September at £152 pw
The room is a large en-suite on the first floor of the building (1 level above the ground floor). The accommodation as a whole comes with several amenities, including an on-site gym, a rooftop terrace, study space, and more.
It’s a 10 minute walk from the city centre, clubs, and pubs. A 5 minute walk to the coach and bus station. It also has an aldi right across the road.
