Accommodation available - Carnegie Village Swale Flats

I’m currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Carnegie village (Leeds Beckett Headingley Campus). I currently live in the Swale flats which are right on campus and perfect for someone who has lessons here. Due to personal reasons i’ve decided it best I commute for the rest of the year, making my room available for someone to take over my tenancy. It’s a large room with a double bed and en-suite wet room with plenty of storage places in the wardrobe, bookshelf and desk. The communal kitchen is also very large with plenty of appliances and space to cook. There is also a living room area where we have a large TV. The rent is split into 3 chunks, and altogether comes to just over £9000 for the year. Please get in touch with me if you would like to discuss further
