TENANCY TAKEOVER

Hey! I have a room available at White Rose View that I’m looking to get a tenancy takeover for 😊

📍 White Rose View, 16 Merrion Way, Leeds, LS2 8PT
🛏️ Private ensuite room + double bed
🏢 Block B, Floor 15
💷 £204/week — bills included
📅 12 September 2026 – 4 September 2027

The location is really central — right next to the First Direct Arena and close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the city centre.

🎓 Approx. walking distances:
• Leeds Beckett University (City Campus): ~5 mins
• University of Leeds: ~10 mins
• Leeds Arts University: ~5–10 mins
• Leeds Trinity University City Campus: ~13 mins

🚆 Leeds Train Station: around 15 mins walk
🛍️ Merrion Centre: around 3 mins
🎵 First Direct Arena: basically right next door

The accommodation itself has:
• Private ensuite bathroom
• Double bed
• Shared kitchen & living area

• 🎬 Cinema room
• 📚 Study/common areas
• 🧺 Laundry facilities
• 📶 Wi-Fi
• Heating, electricity & water included

It’s run by Unite Students, and the replacement tenant would need to be approved by Unite and sign the new tenancy directly with them.
