Due to a change in university plans, I’m looking for a student to take over my Gold En Suite room at St Peter’s Court, Nottingham for the 2026/27 academic year.

📅 18 September 2026 – 22 July 2027
💷 Approx. £167 per week
💷 £7,348 total contract

St Peter’s Court is popular with University of Nottingham students and is a great option for anyone who has recently secured a Nottingham place through Clearing or is still looking for accommodation for September.

The room is already secured and the tenancy takeover would be arranged officially through Now Student Living.

The replacement student must meet the accommodation provider’s eligibility requirements.
