Tenancy Takeover Nottingham Two (Student roost)
I am looking for a full-time student to take over my tenancy contract at Nottingham Two on Midland Way for the 2026/2027 academic year.
The building is in a prime student location—right next to the University of Nottingham Jubilee Campus and highly accessible for NTU students.
🏢 Room Type: Ensuite Silver Plus (located in a Cluster Flat)
💰 Rent: £207.00 per week (ALL BILLS & WI-FI INCLUDED)
📅 Tenancy Period: 05 September 2026 to 11 July 2027
🏋️♂️ Facilities Available: Gym, cinema room, study rooms, TV rooms, communal lounges, hosting kitchens, laundry facilities, courtyard, and secure bike stores.
