Looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Terry Frost Building, Leeds (LS7 1EH) ASAP.
• Fully furnished deluxe studio student room
• Around 20 mins walk to University of Leeds
• Close to Leeds city centre
• 5 Sept 2026 – 28 Aug 2027
• Approx. £276/week
• Must be a full-time student, 18+
My university accommodation has been sorted, so I need someone to take over this tenancy.
