Claypole Road is a great option for NTU students looking for affordable, well-connected accommodation close to Nottingham city centre. Located in Hyson Green, the house benefits from being surrounded by a wide range of supermarkets, shops, restaurants, takeaways and cafés, meaning most everyday essentials are right on your doorstep. There are also excellent public transport connections, with regular buses and the tram network providing easy access into the city centre and around Nottingham.

For an NTU student, the location is very convenient as City Campus is either a 10 minute walk, or 5 minutes on the tram to the Nottingham Trent University tram stop. While Nottingham's extensive bus network provides frequent services across the city. The area also has local leisure facilities, including Djanogly Community Leisure Centre, which has a gym, swimming pool and fitness facilities.
