Broadgate Park Nottingham tenancy takeover 2026/27

Hi! I’m looking for a UoN student to take over my Broadgate Park accommodation for the 2026/27 academic year.

- Broadgate Park – right next to University Park Campus
- En-suite room
- 44-week contract: 18 September 2026 – 23 July 2027
- £225 per week
- Shared kitchen
- All bills + WiFi included

The room is a good size and Broadgate is in a really convenient location for anyone studying at University Park, with the campus just a few minutes’ walk away.

The tenancy would be officially transferred through Broadgate/UPP, so everything is done securely and properly.

I’m hoping to find someone who still needs somewhere for September.
