Looking for someone to join a friendly 5 bed uni house in Lenton, Nottingham and takeover the tenancy from January 2026 until 2nd August 2026.
NOW Discounted to just £100PPW - INCLUDING BILLS (Gas/Electricity/Water, Internet & TV Licence) Originally £135ppw incl Bills - we will pay the difference of £35 per week for the remainder of the contract for this room with a double bed.

Housemates - You’ll be living with 1 other guy and 3 girls, all friendly, respectful and social 2nd year students – which I met at sports clubs at UoN. Great, lovely people.

Contract currently fully paid until 1st January 2026.
