Tenancy Takeover – Newark Hall (Jubilee Campus) – Dec/Jan (Option to Extend)

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Newark Hall (Jubilee Campus). I’m an exchange student and will return to the U.S. in December, so the room is available for the end of Period 1 through the end of my licence.

Room: En-suite, catered, fully furnished (my room is identical to the one shown here, scroll down to about halfway down the page):

Available dates:
10 December 2025 – 24 January 2026 (Periods 2 & 3)
– Option to extend into a Semester 2 licence or full-year licence (confirmed by Accommodation).

Rent:
• Period 2 (13 Dec–11 Jan): £576.52
• Period 3 (11 Jan–24 Jan): £432.52
Total if taking both periods: £1,009.04 (catering included).

Extras: I’ll leave a free over-the-door drying rack and can leave some basic supplies if helpful.

Why I’m leaving: No issues with the room at all — I’m a visiting student returning to the US for my spring semester.
