£149 pw Spring semester tenancy takeover
Happy to negotiate the price. The place is a townhouse right next to Lidl near Jubilee, 25 minutes walk to University Park. Free hopper buses. Free laundry. Living with three people only, so half of the house is empty. Very social accomodation but the room is very quiet. Three bathrooms. I'm willing to leave some stuff for anyone interested. Contract is until end of July. Pls DM me.
