Tenancy takeover (girls only) Middleton Boulevard NG8 £145pppw 5bedroom
In need of a girl to takeover my tenancy in a 5 bedroom house, preferably a UoN student as the house is situated in NG8 - a 28min walk to University Park Campus and a 7min walk to Jubilee Campus.
Shown in the floorplan, the bedroom is the bottom left of the ground floor and images of the bedroom, living room, and kitchen space are shown - the front of the house and its massive driveway.
The house comprises of 5 large double bedrooms, a separate lounge with flat screen TV, modern kitchen with dining table and 2 bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair and shelving, and finished with a stylish wooden floor. The spacious modern kitchen has a dining table and chairs as well as a large separate fridge and freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The property is set back from the main road with off road parking for 5-6 cars, with both front and rear gardens.
The cost of rent at this house is about £160 per person per week, £634.41 per person per month (bills included). Tenancy from 28/07/2026 to 30/06/2027.
