Carnegie Village Townhouse Standard Plus Room Available - May 31st-July 19th

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Carnegie Village on the Leeds Beckett Headingly campus from May 31st to July 19th.
The flat is with 8 other guys so ideally it would be a male student that would join the flat. However it is not required that it be a male student, and it will also be summer holidays so most of the flat will be back home.
- Shared bathroom with 1 other guy
- Shared kitchen
- Rent: £338/Week
- You will replace me on the contract, which will be handled directly with the Leeds Beckett University accommodation team.
