Tenant wanted for lease take over

ROOM AVAILABLE IN HYDE PARK- From 10th July 2026.
Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 5-bedroom house in Hyde Park! Perfect for a student studying at a Uni in Leeds. The house is brilliant and has a huge living/social space and comes with bills, TV licence and broad band alongside living with 4 amazing people!

- £147pp/week INCLUDING bills
- Fully furnished
-20-minute walk or short bus ride to University of Leeds campus
- Available from 10th July 2026- 10th July 2027

The house includes:
-5 bedrooms
-Large living room
-Spacious kitchen/dining area
-Outdoor space

You will be living with 4 amazing, friendly and fun girls who will all be going into their 2nd year at UOL- they are super welcoming and looking for one more housemate!

I am leaving uni, so I need someone to take over the tenancy ASAP.

Hi Tilly, I saw your post and thought I’d message as I’m looking for a place in Leeds for next year while I’m on placement.
I’m currently at Uni of Nottingham studying Electrical Engineering, and I would love to live with other students rather than on my own. I’m really friendly, sociable, tidy and respectful and fun.
