[URGENT TENANCY TAKEOVER / ROOM REPLACEMENT – UNIVERSITY OF LEEDS]
Hi everyone!
I am looking for a postgraduate student (University of Leeds) to take over my accommodation contract for the upcoming 2026/27 academic year.
I will cover the first month's rent for the tenant
Due to a change in my housing plans, this room is available for immediate replacement.
Accommodation Details:
• Residence: St. Mark's Residences
• Room Type: En-suite
• Contract Period: Academic Year 2026/27
• Rent: £192/week (All bills included: Water, Electricity, Gas, Wi-Fi)
• Eligibility: Must be an incoming Male Postgraduate student at the University of Leeds (not currently holding another UoL accommodation contract).
