Looking for someone to take over my accommodation contract at Lupton Residences, Block H for the 2026/27 academic year. (⚠️Female Undergraduate Only⚠️)
📍 Residence: Lupton Residences, Block H
Room type: Standard
Duration: 12 September 2026 – 3 July 2027
Total rent: £5,300.84 (~£126.21/week)

Included in the rent:

* Utilities (gas, electricity & water)

* Committee & basic contents insurance

I am no longer in the position to continue with my accommodation that’s why i’m letting it go. Lupton is wonderful because it’s cheap, it’s very sociable (it’s near clubs), you’re around a lot of students so you are never bored .
