HENRY PRICE RESIDENCE EN-SUITE AVAILABLE (BLOCK C) - ACCOMMODATION TAKEOVER

Hi. I'm looking for a student to take over my accommodation contract at Henry Price Residence, Block C, as I've decided to commute instead.

🛏️ Room: Ensuite
📅 Contract: 42 weeks (12 September 2026 to 3 July 2027)
💷 Total: £8,720.04
🍳 Self-catered

The price includes:
• Utilities (gas, electricity and water)
• Internet
• Edge Premium sports membership
• Residence Life Social Committee
• Basic contents insurance

You must be a University of Leeds student, not already living in University accommodation, and will need to be approved by the Accommodation Office.
