URGENT BROADGATE PARK ENSUITE-STUDIO REPLACEMENT TENANT 🏠

Looking for a Univeristy of Nottingham student to take over my Broadgate Park ensuite studio for 2026/27 academic year:

📍 Broadgate Park, Beeston
🚿 Private ensuite Bathroom
🍳 Private Kitchen
⌛ 44-week contract
💵 £225 per week
🛜 Reliable Wi-Fi included, along with all utility bills included
- 24/7 Reception and CCTV at Broadgate Park, and fantastic on site spaces.
- Broadgate Park is particularly convenient, located next to University Park Campus, has easy access to campus.

The transfer would be approved and completed through Broadgate/UPP. Not a private sublet.

Looking for someone interested in taking over the room from September.
