URGENT: Winfield Court Silver En Suite – £165 per week

Hi,

I’m looking for a student to take over my Silver En Suite tenancy at Winfield Court, Nottingham.

💷 £165 per week, bills included
🛏️ Small double bed + private en-suite
📅 Available from 12 September 2026 until 3 September 2027
🏠 5/6-bed shared flat
📶 WiFi included
🏋️ Gym, study areas and social spaces

This would be an official tenancy takeover through Fresh/Winfield Court, subject to their approval.
