🚨 TRINITY SQUARE EN-SUITE ROOM TAKEOVER (NOTTINGHAM) 🚨
I am looking for a replacement tenant to take over my silver en-suite room contract at Student Roost - Trinity Square right in Nottingham City Centre!
•

Room Type: En-suite room in a shared cluster flat (shared kitchen/living space).

•

Location: Super central! 5-minute walk to Nottingham Trent University (NTU) City Campus and a quick bus/tram to University of Nottingham (UoN).

•

Price: I paid £6,000 for the full year (All bills & high-speed Wi-Fi included).

•

Perks: Onsite laundry, social lounge, study space, outdoor courtyard, and 24/7 staff.

•

Requirements: Must be a student not currently booked with Student Roost. Official tenancy transfer will be handled securely through the Student Roost property team.
