We only advertise accommodation for students from verified landlords, and if you are house hunting in Leeds you can use the the Rate Your Landlord or Student Crowd review website; a place where students like you get to say what they really think about their landlord.

3. Help with complaints and keeping landlords accountable by running the Unipol Code
The Unipol Code is essentially a verification scheme which student landlords voluntarily join, where they pledge to meet a set of high standards. Unipol inspect a portion of their properties to ensure they’re up to scratch, and if you need to Raise a Complaint about a Code landlord, Unipol can intervene to help you to resolve any issues.
