About Us: 

We are a family business and we have a small portfolio of residential properties in Ilkley and Guiseley and three years ago we bought a lovely six bedroom student property in Kirkstall, two minutes walk from Headingley train station.

We are contactable 24 hours a day - even receiving a call from a tenant recently at 3am whilst we were on holiday. We work very near to our Kirkstall property so we are able to deal with any issues straight away and we have always made sure that we communicate with our tenants so that they feel happy to contact us at any time.

It is very important to us that our tenants have a comfortable home especially as it will often be the first time that they have lived away from home or university accommodation. We are also very happy to meet parents and show them around the property.

We do use a letting agent as well as advertising the property on the Unipol website ourselves. There are no fees to pay and we protect the deposits straight away using the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) through the Unipol website.
