Bought in 2014 for the personal use of Will as a student and consequently refurbished and decorated to a high standard.
We have maintained contact with all the tradesmen used after purchasing the property, enabling prompt attention when necessary.
We decided to manage the property ourselves as we want to ensure an excellent service. We are proud to own a high quality home that we would ( and have ) been happy to live in ourselves.
Our aim is to be efficient and fair landlords and to provide a comfortable home that enhances the Leeds student experience.
