Tenancy Takeover April - August 31st
Double ensuite room in The Foundry available now.
The flat has 6 bedrooms with 4 masters students and a 3rd year student (4 men + 1 woman).
The kitchen is kept clean with a cleaning rota.
The building has a laundrette at a reasonable price, as well as a secure bike locker, bins, gym, common room, cinema room, and study rooms all in the bottom floor.
Reception is staffed 24/7.
The internet is extremely good.
Rent is £150 per week, the contract runs until the end of August.

I hope this message finds you well.
I am an international postgraduate student and I am looking for flexible short-term accommodation near the University of Leeds, ideally close to the Institute for Transport Studies (ITS).
My main requirements are:
Move-in date: June 27, 2025
Minimum stay: 4 weeks (I am unsure of my exact departure date and may need to extend if possible)
Proximity: Within walking distance to the Institute for Transport Studies (ITS) at the University of Leeds
Could you please let me know if you have any available rooms or studios that meet these requirements? If possible, I would also appreciate details regarding the types of rooms, facilities, and the weekly rent.

Dear Xudong,
I have a room available in a flat of 6. It has a double bed and ensuite. The room fits your requirements as long as you are happy to rent the room until 31st August, as this is when the contract will end. The building is The Foundry and it is a 15-20 minute walk to ITS. To clarify:
Move in date: 27th June.
Move out date: 31st August.
Proximity: 15-20 minutes to ITS.
In terms of facilities, there is a communal kitchen, laundrette, gym, cycle storage, study room, cinema room, common room, plus reception is manned 24/7 so it is secure and deliveries will be handled. The internet is extremely fast. Rent is £150 per week.
In order to take over the contract you will need to be able to confirm your student status and have a UK guarantor.
