Hi everyone! I’m looking for a replacement tenant for a student house in Headingley for the 2025/26 academic year.

🛏 1 room available in a 3 - bedroom house
💷 Rent: £143 per week (bills included)
📅 Tenancy start date: 01/07/2025
🚶 Close to Leeds Beckett Headingley Campus, Headingley Train Station, Bus stops into city centre
👥 You’ll be living with 2 friendly housemates who are reliable, fun and sociable.
Looking for:
• A student (as it’s a student-only tenancy)
• Someone reliable and easygoing
