Lovely room takeover 5 minute walk from Headingly Campus

Hi,
I'm looking for a tenancy takeover/replacement in a lovely house in Headingly. located at Becketts Park Drive, room 6 which is the joint largest room in the house. £129pppw. Includes: Electricity, Gas, Water, Internet, Gardening, TV License, Contents insurance.

Its a 10 minute walk to the Otley road and 15 minute walk to Headingly station.
