Tenancy takeover for 6a Burns Street - £142 per week

Hey, just wondering if anyone needs a room for next year or knows anyone that does?

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for 6a Burns Street. It's £142 per week including bills. Less than a 10min walk to NTU city campus and a 5min walk to the arboretum!

There is also another room available on the same floor if you’d be interested in moving in with a friend.
