Equipped with a hob, fridge freezer, microwave oven, 3/4 bed, walk-in wardrobe, bathroom with sink, toilet, shower, bedside table and a desk with draws.
The building includes a communal area with a pool table, breakfast bar and TV.
Bills included and free WiFi.
In an ideal location for getting to both the University of Nottingham campus and the Nottingham Trent campus.
Located in the city centre.
Laundrette is right next to the room.
The building is the Nest, 100-104 Derby Road
Currently paying £225 a week but am willing to offer room for £175 a week.
