Hi all! I'm planning to move out of my ensuite accommodation at Oak House early because I have placement starting in another city before my contract ends. My contract ends 31st August so is available for a summer let or as a part of a longer contract for the next academic year.

£163/person/week - including bills, wifi, tv licence etc NO DEPOSIT - international guarantors accepted

10 minute walk to University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett campuses and a 15 minute walk into city centre

All free and unlimited access to; on site cardio studio gym, washer/dryer in shared kitchen space, bike store, FOB building access, Smart TV in shared kitchen, outdoor terrace and smoking area

Cleaners come to communal spaces regularly!
