I’m going abroad for the second semester of next year (2025/2026), so I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a 6-bed flat with 5 lovely third-year girls. It’s a great place to live, social but relaxed, and in a really convenient location.

The room:
🛏️ Double bed
🚿 2 shared bathrooms
🍽️ Shared kitchen + lounge
📚 Shared study room
🎮 Separate games room

Details:
💷 £155 per week – all bills included
🚗 Free parking
❌ No deposit
✅ Tenancy takeover allowed in the contract
📆 Available Feb–31st July - can be flexible with start date

Location:
- 5 min walk to Lidl, Greggs, Subway & Dominos
- 10 min walk to Jubilee Campus
- 20 min walk to QMC
- 30 min walk to University Park

It’s honestly a really nice flat – I’ve had a great time here over the past 2 years. Message me if you’re interested or want more info/photos!

(In the photos: This is not the exact bedroom for rent but it has the exact same layout, furniture and floorspace. The kitchen IS in the flat for rent)
