Looking to join an all female house 25/26

Hello my name is Rachel, I go to NTU and I am looking for a house for the next academic year.
I am looking for a room in a house in city centre because I study on city campus.
Preferably I would like it to be a full year tenancy so from September 2025 - September 2026
My budget is £140 a week including bills if possible
