A bright, modern en-suite room is available from July 1st in a spacious 3-bed house shared with two girls (early twenties) —one student nurse and the other in work.

🏡 Modern kitchen, big mirrors, and plenty of space with a front patio area, perfect for the summer.

🛏 The available room is spacious and comes furnished with a private en-suite bathroom.

📍 Located around Burley Road a with a 24-hour Co-op close by. A few mins from Burley Park train station and only a 15-minute walk to Uni of Leeds campus. Close to Hyde Park.

🗓 12-month contract from July 1st - flexibility to start a few weeks later if needed.

£650 per month or £150 a week
- £300 deposit
