Room 5 in a 5 bed house available to rent
• private bedroom and parking
•shared kitchen and living room
• living room and bedroom fully furnished
•Washing machine and dryer available
•sharing with 4 occupants (3 male, 1 female)
•20 minute walk into centre

Rent from July to September is £685 per month which I am prepared to cover. ( bills are included)
This means the first payment you will have to make is in October and is £2465 for the next three months.
Tenancy ends on June 30th
Available to move into from July 6th
