For students looking for rooms for a short period or just over the summer. Owners and agents may post on this noticeboard.

Short term lets available - August only

We have 2 rooms available for 1 month only (August).

1 room in LS2, a short walk to the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett City campuses, priced at £579 for the month (inclusive of all bills). Available for full time postgrad or mature students only.

1 room in LS4, within 5mins walk of Burley station (a train into the city centre takes less than 10mins) and 10-15mins walk to the centre of Headingley. This room is priced at £500 for the month (inclusive of all bills) and is available for students or young professionals.

Please get in touch if you are interested and we can send images of the rooms.

Hy i am intrested coming to uk on 20 august for bachelors of law in leeds beckkett uni do let me know if i can share this room with another female friend we both are going to the same uni

Hi, unfortunately we can only accept 1 tenant per room. If you're able to take a room each and need rooms for September, please send an email to mcqbyrne@gmail.com (tenants must also be aged between 21-33). Thanks

Hi,

I'm a 3rd year (22) doing resits and I'm interested in both but mainly the £500 flat. I'd like to see some pictures and the flat at some point soon if possible.
