Urgent tenancy take over

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Tribeka, Leeds – an 8-bed shared flat with a private en-suite.

Rent: 169 per week full in full for 49 weeks

Location: 76 Cookridge St, Leeds LS2 8GL, United Kingdom – close to University of Leeds & Leeds Beckett

Room: Private en-suite, small double bed with storage, desk, wardrobe, drawers, bookshelf

Flat: Shared modern kitchen/lounge with 2 ovens, 2 sinks, fridge/freezer, sofas & TV
All utilities + Wi-Fi included

Flatmates: 7 other students – friendly & social environment
